Mike Eagleson serves as a neutral arbitrator and mediator of labor, employment and commercial disputes throughout the United States.  Over the years, he has decided cases covering a full spectrum of disputes arising from contracts, collective bargaining agreements, contracts, and commercial transactions.  Mike has extensively worked arbitrating and mediating statutory employment claims alleging violations of the ADA, the FMLA, the ADEA, the FSLA, and whistleblower statutes as well as claims of sexual harassment and discrimination based on race, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, and religion under Title VII.
