Michael Eagleson serves as a neutral arbitrator and mediator of employment, labor, and commercial disputes in a practice that extends throughout the United States. During his career he has decided cases covering disputes arising from individual employment contracts, collective bargaining agreements, and employee discipline. Mike has handled cases involving statutory employment claims including disputes alleging violations of the FMLA, the ADA, Whistleblower, Wage and Hour, Sexual Harassment and Discrimination. He has handled cases in the following areas: Utilities, Law Enforcement, Corrections, Emergency Services, Nuclear Regulation, Local Government,  State Government,  Federal Government and Higher Education.
