Mike Eagleson has worked as a neutral for more than 20 years, resolving disputes as an arbitrator and mediator concentrating in the fields of labor, employment and commercial disputes. His practice spans throughout the United States. He serves on the Cornell University panel of neutrals, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission panel. Mike previously served on the panels for Los Angeles County Civil Service Commission and Los Angeles County Superior Court.
Mike has extensive training from top institutions in America. He obtained a Master Degree in Dispute Resolution from the prestigious Straus Institute at Pepperdine University School of Law, a Juris Doctor from Trinity Law School, and a Master Degree in Leadership and Management from the University of La Verne. In addition, Mike completed Cornell University’s Labor Arbitrator Development Program.
Since 1996, Mike has taught for the University of La Verne as a Senior Adjunct Professor for the College of Business and Public Management. During his tenure he developed the curriculum for the Mediation and Business Negotiation courses. Beginning 2013, Mike became an Instructor / Mediation Coach for Cornell University teaching negotiation and mediation courses. In addition, Mike has been invited to speak to the Center for Creative Solutions and the Municipal Management Association of Southern California on the topics of Arbitration and Mediation.
Mike is a member of the American Bar Association Dispute Resolution Section, Labor and Employment Relations Association, Association for Conflict Resolution and Southern California Mediation Association.
