Mike has extensive training from top institutions in America. He obtained a Master Degree in Dispute Resolution from the prestigious Straus Institute at Pepperdine University School of Law, a Juris Doctorate from Trinity Law School, and a Master Degree in Leadership and Management from the University of La Verne. In addition, Mike has obtained a Labor Arbitrator Certificate from Cornell University and completed courses at Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation.
Michael Eagleson’s professional career spans over twenty years in the workplace dispute resolution field. During his career, Mike has represented both management and labor in collective bargaining, grievance proceedings, internal affairs investigations, mediations and in arbitration hearings. Mike has handled cases in the following areas: Utilities, Law Enforcement, Corrections, Emergency Services, Nuclear Regulation, Local Government, State Government, Federal Government and Higher Education.
Since 1996, Mike has taught at the University of La Verne and currently holds the position of Senior Adjunct Professor. During his tenure, he developed the curriculum for the Mediation course for the University. Mike has taught courses in Mediation, Negotiation, Collective Bargaining, Labor Relations and Organizational Development. Additionally, the University has called upon him to lead seminars for community leaders in areas such as “Dealing with Difficult People”. Lastly, Mike founded the Campus Mediation Program for the University.
Leeanne Eagleson is also a trained and experienced mediator.
She obtained mediation training from the University of California at Santa Barbara, Pepperdine University, and Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations at the Scheinman Institute on Conflict Resolution.
Leeanne has mediated numerous civil cases for the Superior Court of California in the County of Los Angeles and she has mediated family dissolution issues.
Leeanne's general knowledge includes a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of La Verne, a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University, and her Juris Doctor from Trinity Law School, in which she graduated number one in her class and received the Dean's Award. After working for several years in the Accounting field, she promoted through the ranks to leadership positions.
In addition to being a licensed attorney, Leeanne is an Adjunct Professor for the University of La Verne. She teaches both graduate and under-graduate students for the College of Business and Public Management.
